High light transmittance, ultra wear-resistant hardened PC sheet

Features
It has high strength, impact resistance, and is unbreakable. It is stronger than tempered glass, tough and safe, and has good anti-theft and bulletproof effects.
It does not become cold brittle at -30℃, does not soften at 120℃, and its mechanics and mechanical properties do not change significantly in harsh environments.
The first level of flame retardancy is B1. The ignition point of PC board itself is 580℃. It will extinguish itself after leaving the fire. It will not produce toxic gas when burning and will not help the spread of fire.
The light transmittance is as high as 90%, comparable to glass.
The surface of the sheet is coated with UV coating and will not turn yellow when exposed to sunlight.
Under the condition of the same thickness, the sound insulation of polycarbonate sheet is 5-9DB higher than that of glass. It is a common material for highway noise barriers.
